Rule 52
Can conduct study research
(1) Before deciding the dispute of public right or interest, the court may order through an expert related to the matter raised in the application or a committee in which such an expert is involved, or order the necessary study and investigation by the court staff, or conduct on-site inspection or other appropriate actions deemed necessary.
(2) When giving an order according to sub-rule (1), the government of Nepal or the relevant body may bear the necessary expenses for conducting the study and research.
